Overview

Elgin's Limited specializes in wholesale supply. Due to the nature of our products (essential oils and raw materials) and safety hygiene standards, all wholesale orders are final and non-refundable, except in the case of damaged or incorrect items.

1. Damages and Issues Please inspect your order immediately upon reception. If the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, you must contact us within 7 days of delivery so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

  • Please email photos of the damaged goods to elginscrafts@gmail.com for our record.

  • Once verified, we will arrange a replacement or issue a refund for the damaged portion.

2. Exceptions / Non-returnable items Certain types of items cannot be returned due to hygiene and safety reasons.

  • We do not accept returns on opened essential oils or raw materials.

  • We do not accept returns for "Change of Mind" on wholesale orders.

  • Sale items or special custom orders (bulk indented stock) are non-refundable.

3. Exchanges We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at elginscrafts@gmail.com  and we will provide return instructions.

4. Refunds (if applicable) In the event that a replacement is not available for a damaged item, we will notify you of the approval of your refund. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
