Elgin's Limited is dedicated to providing efficient wholesale delivery services. Please review our shipping policy below.

1. General Information

  • All orders are subject to product availability. If an item is not in stock at the time you place your order, we will notify you and refund you the total amount of your order, using the original method of payment.

  • As a wholesale supplier, we require slightly longer processing times to ensure safe packing of bulk liquids.

2. Processing Time

  • All orders are processed within 2 to 4 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email.

  • You will receive another notification when your order has shipped, including a tracking number (if applicable).

3. Domestic Shipping (Hong Kong) We use SF Express (順豐速運) or reputable local couriers for all Hong Kong deliveries.

  • Standard Shipping: HK$ 30 flat rate for orders under HK$ 5,000.

  • Free Shipping: Free standard shipping for wholesale orders over HK$ 5,000.

  • Delivery Time: Generally 1-3 business days after dispatch.

  • Commercial Address: Please ensure there is someone available to receive the package at commercial addresses during business hours.

4. International Shipping We offer international shipping to select countries. Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout based on weight and destination.

  • Import Duties & Taxes: Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. Elgin's Limited is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.

5. Self-Pickup You can skip the shipping fees with free local pickup at our workshop. After placing your order and selecting local pickup at checkout, your order will be prepared and ready for pick up within 2 to 4 business days. We will send you an email when your order is ready along with instructions.

  • Pickup Hours:  Mon-Fri, 13:00 - 20:00]

  • Pickup Address: Room 403, Full View Factory Building, Mong Kok, Kowloon, Hong Kong.

6. LiabilityElgin's Limited is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
